Warranty Policy
At Flowive, we stand behind the quality of our products. All Flowive Revive devices are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
What’s covered:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Electrical faults not caused by misuse or unauthorised repairs
What’s not covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents)
- Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorised alterations, or repairs
How to make a warranty claim:
- Contact our support team at info@flowive.co.uk with your order number, proof of purchase, and details of the issue.
- Our team may request photos or videos to help assess the fault.
- If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- We will repair or replace the defective product free of charge. If a replacement is not available, we may issue a refund.
Who pays shipping:
- Flowive covers the cost of shipping for valid warranty repairs or replacements within the UK.
- For international claims, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
