Warranty Policy

At Flowive, we stand behind the quality of our products. All Flowive Revive devices are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What’s covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Electrical faults not caused by misuse or unauthorised repairs

What’s not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents)
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorised alterations, or repairs

How to make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our support team at info@flowive.co.uk with your order number, proof of purchase, and details of the issue.
  2. Our team may request photos or videos to help assess the fault.
  3. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
  4. We will repair or replace the defective product free of charge. If a replacement is not available, we may issue a refund.

Who pays shipping:

  • Flowive covers the cost of shipping for valid warranty repairs or replacements within the UK.
  • For international claims, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
