We provide dedicated shipping services to the following four countries:

Please note: We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or countries not listed above.
2. Delivery Timelines & Fees
To ensure absolute transparency, our delivery schedule is structured as follows:
- Shipping Cost: Complimentary (Free) shipping on all orders.
- Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London).
- Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Transit Time: 6–10 business days (Monday to Friday).
3. Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing your bespoke tracking information. This allows you to follow your package from our atelier to your door. If you have ordered multiple items, they may occasionally arrive in separate parcels to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
4. Delivery Issues
Should your order not arrive within the estimated 10-business-day window, please contact our concierge team at info@flowive.com or call us at +44 (0) 33 33 403831. We will immediately investigate the status of your shipment.
5. Address Accuracy & Cancellations
- Change of Address: We allow a 12-hour window from the time of order to request an address correction.
- Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping. Once the item has been dispatched, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy to initiate a return upon receipt.
