1. The 30-Day Return Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window for all orders delivered to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, and Canada.
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- We accept returns for both defective (damaged or faulty) and non-defective (change of mind) products.
2. Eligibility & Condition
To maintain our health and safety standards for recovery equipment, the following conditions apply:
- Items must be in new condition, unused, and in their original premium packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and charging cables must be included.
- For hygiene-sensitive items, the product must not show signs of physical use or skin contact if the hygiene seal has been breached.
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide the appropriate return address for your specific country.
- Return Method: All returns must be sent by mail.
4. Return Shipping & Fees
- Return Labels: The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Restocking Fees: Flowive does not charge any restocking fees.
- Exchanges: We do not currently offer a direct exchange service.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@flowive.com. In cases of verified manufacturing defects, Flowive will cover the costs associated with the return or replacement as per your statutory rights.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

- Processing Timeline: Please allow 14 days for the refund to be fully processed and reflected in your account.
