2. Formation of Contract Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract between the customer and Dealnest Ltd (T/A Flowive) is only formed when we send you an email confirming that your item has been dispatched.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Currency: All prices are listed in GBP (£).
  • Taxes: Dealnest Ltd is not currently registered for VAT in the United Kingdom as it operates below the statutory registration threshold.
  • Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information for all transactions made through our store.

4. Shipping and Delivery We ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, and Canada.

5. Right to Cancel and Returns (30-Day Policy) In alignment with our registered policy in Google Merchant Center, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • Acceptance: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products provided they are in new condition.

  • Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees.
